Lead the Los Angeles Office’s, Construction Contracting Division, MEGA National Consulting Program, US Department of Commerce, served as a senior business advisory group to US SBA offices and small businesses in the Western United States.   This pilot federal program recognized the Construction Contracting Division, LA Office, MEGA Program, as one of the most successful efforts in identifying client businesses. The Program consistently achieved milestones in marketing, business systems development and other functional operating areas for small businesses in the construction industry throughout the Western United States.
