Antioch University: Conducted a complete assessment of this 150-year-old University’s academic programs and operations to determine if facility requirements aligned with the institution’s objectives and resources. Reviewed extensive background material and conducted individual and group interviews of students, staff, and faculty to confirm the short and long-term objectives and facility requirements to determine if there was a shortfall in the current facilities. Numerous program and administrative recommendations were made including the relocation of the University’s Western Headquarters from Marina del Rey to Culver City, California.
